Long skirts or dresses and high heels are not recommended. It is also a good idea to bring a hat or cap for the sun. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: * The schedules, prices, routes, and information published here are correct at this time, but are subject to change without prior notice. * Our operating hours and the routes of some of our experiences, tours, and safaris may change during the holy month of Ramadan and during the summer months, or due to force majeure. * We reserve the right to cancel any tour or alter any part of the tour at our discretion without prior notice. * The full price of any activity is due upon booking, and we may cancel any reservation if the full price of the activity is not paid to us at least two (2) days prior to the start of that activity. * No refund will be given for a reservation canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of an activity. * Failure to arrive at the designated activity location at the specified departure time will be considered a cancellation. * We will have the right to cancel, modify, or omit any part of any activity for which a reservation has been made, with or without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In particular, due to the nature of many activities, delays and cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our or our suppliers' control, such as weather, accidents, illness, government restrictions, and other force majeure events. * In such cases, a full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion and/or at the discretion of the activity provider in question.
